It can also cut flat steel, angle steel, and square steel provided with special blades.Good lubricating properties. Adopt closed structure, use Gear Splash to lubricate, fill in 8-12kgs oil, the machine could work continuously for more than 3 month.

 

Product Description

Steel Bar Cutting Machine, is manufactured according to JG/T5085-1996 standard, is applicable to ordinary carbon steel, Hot-rolled steel and deformed rebar in reinforced concrete. It can also cut flat steel, angle steel and square steel after install provided special blades.

2. Good lubricating properties. Adopt closed structure, use Gear Splash lubrication, fill in 8-12kgs oil, the machine could work continuously for more than 3 month (oil level not lower than the oil calibration, so that make sure the machine is in well lubrication condition).
3. Low power consumption. The gear uses rolling bearing, low resistance, could save 1/3 power comparing with other rebar cutting machines.
